INVITATION TO BID
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDER
The Ghana Shippers’ Council intends to utilize part of its
2007 Budget for supply contracts.
Below are brief descriptions of the proposed supplies in
lots:

Interested bidders may procure s set of Bidding
Documents on application to the address below and payment of
a non-refundable fee of ˘1,000,000 (one million cedis or GH˘100) in
cash to the Finance Department of the Council. Interested
bidders may bid for more than one lot.
The invitation shall be opened from 10:00 hours to 17:00
hours each working day from 25th June to 10th July 2007.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the
Conference Hall of the Council on the 5th Floor of
Enterprise House, Opposite Barclays Bank Head Office on the
High Street, Accra on or before 10th July 2007.
Bidders are to submit their bids with copies of their
Business Registration Certificates, Valid Tax Clearance
Certificates, VAT and NHIL Registration Certificates and
other Relevant documents.
OPENING OF BIDS
Tenders will be opened on Wednesday 11th July 2007 at the
Conference Hall of the Council as afore-mentioned at 10:00
hours prompt.
Please take note that late bids will not be accepted
Bidders or their representatives interested in the bid
opening process may choose to attend.
